Before requiring a replacement or a returned goods process, please make sure your products are compliant with the following conditions, respecting our sales conditions:
- Goods must be intact, equipped with all their labels and seals, with accessories and eventual special packaging still included. Incomplete, damaged or worn out items will not be accepted;
- The request of returned goods must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery;
- Giving back items must be delivered to the courier within 14 days from the return authorization;
- The goods must be shipped back only from the Country where the delivery took place.
- All the replaced items must be sent back to Alex Max, in a unique pack. We retain the right to refuse items belonging to the same order, returned and sent in different moments.
- The replancement of the same item for a different size is possible only once.
- Replacement is valid only for the same items and/or different sizes; it is not possible to replace goods with different ones.
- Please contact our Customer Service to schedule the pickup and the item to be replaced.
- The pickup timing are going to be notified in a later instance.
- After receiving the pack, we will send a confirmation, and the previously reserved item will be immediately sent.
We hope our items meet your expectations. Otherwise, we would like to remind you that all items are replaceable (including the ones on sale), within 30 days from the delivery of the order. Once the competent staff checks the return, we will send an email message concearing the replaced items. The amount will be refund as soon as possible. Please notice:
- We will refund using the same paying method of the main order.
- We will refund using the same currency of the main order.
- We amount will be accredited in the same bank account used fot the main order and payment.
- The processing timing can vary depending on the paying method and the banking-house.
